How to place an order

1. Choose a product and click “Add to Cart.”
2. Go to your cart and click “Checkout.”
3. Fill in shipping details and select payment method.
4. Confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

How to track your order

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to “My Orders.”
3. Click the order number to view shipping updates.

How to cancel or modify an order
Cancellations or changes must be made within 12 hours. Contact support@riori.rw with your order number and request.
