Downloading receipts and invoices
After checkout, go to “My Orders” and click “Download Invoice” next to your order.
Requesting a refund
- Go to “My Orders.”
- Select the order and click “Request Refund.”
- State the reason. Our team will review and process it within 3–5 business days.
